Visual Arts Major, member of the National Art Honor Society,
National Honor Society, McCallum writing center, and Student Council are only a
few of the organizations Sarafina Fabris-Green has been a part of. Even though
she is so involved, Sarafina still has time to support her peers. Her sophomore
year she joined the rest of McCallum when going to Alamo Dome to see the
football team compete. “We all loaded up in carpools, people rented buses, we
all went with friends and drove down to San Antonio and got to see the game… it
felt surreal.” Out of all the things she
has done one of her favorite things was photography. “My time in the
photography program… was one of the most beneficial experiences… because of all
the connections McCallum has as a fine arts academy has led me to meet lots of
very inspiring people…” Sarafina is looking to pursue a career in urban studies
to become an Urban Planner. Accepted into UT, Sarafina still waits for
responses from other colleges before deciding where to go.
